Glad you like it! Enjoy
Please can you help me, I am researching Sir Hedworth Williamson 9th Baronet, who purchased Appley Hall, Ryde, Isle of Wight, in April 1913.
He moved down to Ryde, in the Autumn of 1913 with his staff to live in Appley Hall, apparently it was more modern than Whitburn Hall. Whitburn Hall was offered to the Military four days after the 1st World War. I have information about him up until 1930. Then nothing after this year. I would like to know if and when he sold Appley Hall. I believe it may have been demolished in 1950. Any information would be most appreciated.
